Reduce stress, increase strength/flexibility and relax while learning the movements and poses of energizing yoga. Ruth has had a lifelong interest in Yoga and spirituality. She began organized Yoga classes in 1980 and has been learning and teaching ever since.

We have redesigned our scheduled offerings to maximize the benefits of yoga for you. While we still welcome those who want to purchase one session at a time, we now offer six sessions with seven weekly classes per session.

With open and ecumenical hearts, gather around the cross for prayer in the tradition of the ecumenical monastery of Taizé, France. This Christian interdenominational prayer form includes music, scripture, and silence. Music provided by the Church of Notre Dame, Hermitage, PA.
We are pleased to offer this unique experience at no charge. Taize Prayer is funded through the generosity of an anonymous donor.
