Leadership Training

Leadership is a highly specialized skill that needs to be nurtured in order to flourish in your youth organization. Our Villa staff offers outstanding leadership training days or retreats for the core leaders in your group. Our training is filled with solid content and offered in an engaging format designed to inspire leadership that is positive and contagious.

Your group will experience the value of an affirming and motivating style of leadership. They will develop:

A mission for your organization

Measurable, achievable and relevant goals

Ways to incorporate the daily practices that are essential to strategically accomplish identified goals

A plan to implement what is learned during the training

Farm-Based Environmental Education (FBEE)

This unique Ohio and Pennsylvania curriculum-based program can be experienced on our farm as a field trip or in your classroom. Dozens of creative, hands-on lesson plans for grades pre-k through 10 will spruce up your science curriculum and connect your students to nature in a real and lasting way.

St. Michael Canfield

St. Michael High School Prayer Group was at the Villa for a two-day retreat. We won't tell how they pulled this "thing of beauty" off, but it was quite cool to behold in person! These guys worked on the farm, walked and ran the Labyrinth prayer path and learned a lot about themselves and their relationship with God. See our pictures section on our homepage for more pics.

Canfield Cross Country Camp
