Registration/Payment Procedures

If you would like to register for any of our programs, there are several easy ways to do so.

You may:

  • Register online by:
    • Clicking on the event you wish to register for in the Calendar under the Programs and Retreat Section
    • Click on Register
    • Complete the form
    • Click on Register
  • Call 724-964-8886 to speak with a member of our friendly staff
  • Complete and mail the printable registration form along with your payment to:

Payment

VMESC offers a wide variety of programs and services. Some of our programs/services are free and open to the public. Others are offered with a suggested donation, and some require participants to pay a fee to support our mission.

Deposits

We require a 10% deposit for programs/services with a fee above $1,000.00.

We require a deposit of $100.00 for a program/service with a fee above $100.00 and less than $1,000.00.

We require full payment as a deposit for a program/service with a fee below $100.00.

Refund Policy

Part 1:

If we cancel a program or service, you will receive a full refund.

Part 2:

If for any reason you decide not to attend a program or cancel a service for which you are registered, you will receive a full refund less a $50.00 processing fee if you notify us by phone, mail or email of your cancellation at least 10 days before the program or event.

Part 3:

If for any reason you decide not attend a program or event for which you are registered and you fail to notify us of your cancellation at least 10 days before the program or event, you will not be refunded any of your deposit amount.
