Full-time Assistant Executive Director:  This person will serve on the ministry team of the center and will work collaboratively with the President/CEO in nurturing the growth and development of VMESC by helping to design and implement a variety of spiritual and educational programs, scheduling and welcoming hosted groups, overseeing youth programs and coordinating hospitality for all VMESC guests.  A commitment to faith-based ministry is required as well as executive leadership qualities and the ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.  Educational Credentials: Bachelor’s degree required (areas might be theology, ethics, ministry or related disciplines); Master’s degree preferred or combination of equivalent experience and/or education.  Job Description available upon request.
